Review of Plans, Drawings, and Specifications for:


• Compliance with applicable Building Codes

The purpose of the above is to document the compliance or non-compliance of the Plans, Drawings, and Specifications to meeting or exceeding the minimum requirements of the Building Code and allow for the proper installation materials, products, equipment and appliances in accordance with the Building Code.


• Compliance with Manufacturers’ Installation Instructions

The purpose of the above is to document the compliance or non-compliance of the Plans, Drawings, and Specifications to meeting or exceeding the minimum requirements of the Manufacturers’ Installation Instructions and allow for the proper installation materials, products, equipment and appliances in accordance with the Manufacturers’ Installation Instructions.


The purpose of the above Review of the Plans, Drawings, and Specifications is to document the compliance or non-compliance of construction to the Contract Documents, Building Codes, and Manufacturers’ Installation Instructions to assist in identifying the non-compliant construction for correction (Construction Consulting) or litigation (Litigation Consulting).

Purpose of Reviewing the As-Built or In-Progress Construction, Plans, Drawings, and Specfications stated above:

The above will assist in determining the origin of non-compliant construction and help with assessing what steps are necessary for the correction (Construction Consulting) or litigation (Litigation Consulting) to proceed with the project as defined.
